Cost per Page Agreement

Our cost per page service agreement is designed to cover you for all maintenance costs of the machine at a fixed price per page.

Our customers receive ongoing service support for the duration of their contract. All service requests are logged electronically, and the relevant engineer will be allocated to the call based on both product expertise, experience and location.

Pay only for the colouyou use

Most of our competitor’s cost per page service agreements offer only a single flat rate for colour, which can be as high as 8 pence per page and no matter what the percentage of coverage is. We however here at Pulse Digital have our very own unique INTELLIGENT BILLING platform which completely changes this by only charging customers for the actual colour they print. Pay only for the colour you use!

Supplies & Consumables

 

Pulse Digital stock genuine original supplies and a choice of high quality compatible supplies. Our extensive range covers the majority of manufactures equipment; Kyocera, Olivetti, Konica Minolta, OKI, HP and Ricoh are just a few. 

Service Request

Pulse Digital understands that your MFP can be the heart of your business and if it breaks down your document workflow can come to a standstill, that’s why we offer a speedy & high quality service by our manufacturer trained service technicians to help you get back up and running in no time throughout the North West, Stockport, Manchester, Cheshire, Liverpool, Lake District, West Yorkshire and Shrewsbury.

All service requests are logged electronically, and the relevant engineer will be allocated to the call based on both product expertise, experience and location.

Pulse Digital has a same day next day response time depending on the time reported. All of our engineers are manufacturer trained who have attended and continue to attend manufacturer-run courses to improve their knowledge and experience of the machines they are servicing.

Large Format Printer Service & Repairs

Pulse support most makes & models including, HP DesignJet Colour Printers and Plotters, Ricoh, Epson, Canon, Kip, Oce and Xerox Wide Format Printers

Most companies charge an hourly labour rate plus a call out fee for the service / repair which means you are not fully aware of the costs involved until the engineer has completed the work. When logging the service / repair with Pulse Digital, we inform you of a fixed rate so there are no unexpected charges upon receipt of invoice! In the instance parts are required our office team will let you know how much any parts will cost so you are always in control.

We are also very proud to announce that Pulse Digital have specialised engineers who have the expertise to repair large format printers and plotters, being the one of the very few companies in the region!

Technicians

Pulse Digital employ manufacturer trained, friendly service engineers who collectively have over 30 years experience in the photocopier industry which have regular training and tests to keep up to date with the technological advances to ensure you receive the best possible service.

In October 2015 Pulse Digital was appointed as Olivetti's "BEST FOR COLOR" Dealer, the only one in our area, which means that we are part of a European-wide network of selected specialists who are qualified, at the highest level, to provide the best service to users of Olivetti's high performance colour product range. To qualify as a "BEST FOR COLOR" dealer means that our technicians have had to attend and pass intensive training courses, to cover all aspects of the Olivetti range of colour MFPs.

Machine Relocation

Are you moving premises or locating one or more of your devices within your current building? Pulse Digital offer machine relocations using our specialist lifting equipment. Networking the device is also an option. Have the machine safely decommissioned and relocated starting at £65.00 + VAT. Pulse Digital require to be notified at least 7 working days prior to the desired relocation date to avoid disappointment. If you are current customer of ours and you wish to relocate the device yourself you must notify the service team so that the records can be updated.

Don't give access to unknwown callers. AeroAdmin, Microsoft, your ISP or Bank will never call and ask access to your PC!
